RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

At Skipping Empire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we take pride in the quality of our ropes and apparels.

For a return please Contact Us Here and we will issue instructions to help with the process. We will respond to your email within 48 hours. Please note that item/s must be in a new to similar condition as to when you received them.

Once received, our team will inspect the item/s to ensure they are in reasonable condition. This process can take up to 2 - 5 business days. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method and will be processed within 30 days.

Please note that shipping and handling fees apply.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your ropes/apparel for any defects or damages. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately here. We will try and resolve your issue within 48 hours.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Skipping Ropes - We do not accept returns for ropes that are in worn or damaged condition and for used ropes of similar condition. We do not offer refunds for purchases due to sizing issues but may be able to exchange it for the correct size if in new or similar condition. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us here.

Apparel - We do not accept returns for any apparel that has been worn and washed. The original tags must be attached and in its original packaging. Your item must be in resalable condition. Items affected or stained by perfume, deodorants or make-up will not be accepted.


REFUNDS

We will notify you of the refund approval pending result of inspection. Please keep in mind banks and credit card company’s differ in their timeframes to process and finalise the transaction. Refunds are processed within 30 days.

FEES

Please note fees apply to returned and exchanged goods at your expense.
