The Lightning Rope is our premium speed rope. With a sleek design, it is perfect for improving agility and cardiovascular endurance. For the best results, we highly recommend jumping with the Lightning Rope for at least 10-15mins (in short bursts) 4 times a week.
Select your size (See Sizing Guide). If you are in between two sizes, we suggest selecting a larger size than your actual size. This will allow you to easily trim your Lightning Rope to your desired length.

I recently purchased the Lightening Rope and couldn't recommend it more. High quality, durable and very well priced. Perfect for any level of fitness. On a side note, it also looks great and fits well in the hand.
Impressed with the quality, I’ve always had a hard time finding a good length skipping rope but the sizing seems to be pretty accurate (166cm F) and I got the medium which has worked really well
I have enjoyed this speed rope, even know I am not that fast at skipping it is a little easier on the arms than the weighted rope allowing me to skip for a longer duration.
